Book your first Session
If you decide to go ahead with some life coaching sessions, we can arrange at your initial appointment, when it best suits you. Usually we would arrange the same time each week, but can be flexible to suit your other committments.

How each sessson works
We can have face to face sessions or telephone sessions (with email support) A telephone number will be provided for you to call. Standard network rate will apply. At the end of the allotted time period the session will be drawn to a conclusion and you will be given homework tasks to carry out before our next session. Don't worry these tasks are FUN its not like School!
At the end of each session arrange the next
If you still feel you would like another session and have not yet met your full potential, we can arrange more sessions.
